公司沿革

        從１９７８年開始創廠生產第一批球拍起，除了自創首支以”捷美”為品牌名的桌球拍，提供國內通路市場。１９８０年起，隨代工經驗豐富，研發能力日趨成熟，遂自主研發多樣結構，以ＯＥＭ方式提供各品牌測試選用；成功獲得許多品牌商的肯定，並陸續接單製作球拍提供品牌，成為台灣知名的球拍代工廠。並開創以”捷美”作為自有球拍品牌銷售。

 

        ９０年代，無論歐美、日韓、與中國大陸等知名桌球品牌，皆與本廠有各項的技術交流與合作。獲得海內外各大乒乓球品牌大廠與選手一致的肯定。西元２０００年起，中國大陸製造業興起，大量品牌代工訂單轉往中國加工製造，許多產業西進。球拍製作產業日趨蕭條，代工訂單大幅萎縮。創辦人陳漢汎先生仍堅持以台灣製造為根基，縮減各項成本，勉力經營。

 

        ２０１０年創辦人逐漸萌生經營高級品牌理念後，接受第二代經營者的新式製造理念，再次升級生產的技術，購入新式電腦輔助加工生產設備，大幅增加品質精緻度，提升球拍的品質。以世界高端的精品品牌為目標。迄今已經歷近四十年的工藝堅持與技術上的突破，開創台灣自有品牌與製造的新局。２０１４正式以艾銳斯運動事業成立公司，積極開拓中國與世界銷售通路，除了將ＡＲＩＥＸ建立品牌並納入為旗下運動品牌之外，再引進代理中國知名品牌ＹＩＮＨＥ－銀河體育各項桌球器材，完整化桌球項目的器材布局。且未來將延伸在運動教育、與休閒領域開拓事業版圖。

專精檜木並不斷突破，力求創新，採工廠直營方式，艾銳斯品牌為本廠目前定位最高等級之品牌，本廠創辦人深耕台灣桌球數十年，經驗豐富，目前亦是日韓各大品牌長期固定代工夥伴，自主推出艾銳斯品牌，專營精緻化桌球器材領域。

        艾銳斯品牌強調以ＴＡＩＷＡＮ生產製造。專研檜木產品的研發，開發出各項檜木合板球拍，檜木單板球拍等各式複合纖維球拍等優質商品，檜木手感優異，有著其他木材無法比擬的優異手感，製作精美，不論收藏或使用皆適宜。透過特殊管道取得日本最高等級特注級木曾檜木原木，擁有原樹選材的專業能力與經驗、以製拍需求剖材，檜木板材分級嚴謹特別挑選質輕重量不過重、彈性高、富含柔韌特性，並經過一年的獨家熱穩定處理技術，存放至少兩年以上自然乾燥；達到專業級最佳彈性與手感。

        ２０１０年，經營團隊憑著一股對乒乓球的熱愛，與對木材的豐富背景，創建ＡＲＩＥＸ艾銳斯桌球品牌，以近四十年來父子兩代經營的代工經驗的傳承，研發技術的不斷創新，投注心力於製作世界最高品質的球拍，讓每一個使用者都能擁有追求速度與力量的極致駕馭感受。
